STUDENT SUPPORTS

  • Academic Tutoring

We provide customized growth plans for math, reading, writing both for intervention and enrichment. We have extensive experience working with a variety of students with different learning needs and specialize working with learners with dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia.

  • Reading Support for Students with Dyslexia

All our founders have extensive training in research-based Orton Gillingham programming and a vast array of strategies and curriculum to support students' decoding and encoding skills. The first one to two sessions are used to screen your child to pinpoint their strengths and challenges and build an intervention plan utilizing a multisensory approach.

  • Executive Functioning or Self-Advocacy Coaching

Executive functioning coaching targets strategies for skills such as: time management, organization, task initiation/completion, sustained attention, and planning and prioritizing.

    Self-advocacy coaching targets a combination of self-awareness, problem-solving, self-monitoring and communication skills.

  • Social Skills

Now, more than ever, our kids can benefit from some extra social learning opportunities! Our social skills instruction offers kids a space to learn and practice their social interactions with peers. Instruction will target a variety of skills including perspective taking, social problem solving and flexibility thinking strategies.

  • Regulation Coaching

All feelings are ok! Helping our kids build awareness around their emotions and how to cope is critical for life success. Regulation sessions will focus on building self awareness as well as building a toolkit of regulation strategies that kids can use in their everyday lives.
